Greater Noida, 23^rd January 2012. India’s best University Galgotias  University in association with Centre for Evolutionary Learning (CEL) has organized a workshop on Leadership Management & Total Personality Development for faculty members and staff of Galgotias University .The Program was inaugurated with the welcome speech of Mr. Dhruv Galgotia, CEO of Galgotias University. It was  followed with a floral welcome of the distinguished members of the Indian chapter of CEL, Mr. Dinesh Rai (Ex. IAS Officer), Mrs. Nita Rai, Mr. Nischal Kapoor and Col. K.S Mohan. The program is divided into four modules.

Mr. Dhruv Galgotia, CEO of Galgotias University said “Personality speaks more than words. These workshops help in the inner growth of faculty members. It develops the art of transferring the knowledge and makes the teachers facilitators and not only speakers. This  programme is very root of development for the faculties. He quoted that Leaders create followers and Great Leaders create leaders.

Mr. Kapoor emphasized that leaders are individuals who influence others in a positive manner and the key qualities of educational leaders are self-awareness, self-confidence, self-control, empathy, motivation, social competency.

Mrs Neeta Rai & Mr. Kapoor also described the subtle system of Sahaj Yoga and made the participants experience it through meditation. Col. K.S. Mohan concluded that by having a positive outlook and by taking initiative we can be creative and can excel in our life and be a good mentor.

CEL is a research and learning initiative of a Global non-profit organization helping individuals and organizations to evolve as leaders in their respective fields. Vice Chancellor of Galgotias University Dr. K. N. Tripathi, Chief Operating Officer Prof. J P Gupta, Dean Dr. D. K. Jha and Mr. Dhruv Galgotia graced the event by their benign presence. The program ended by a vote of thanks offered by Mr. Dhruv Galgotia.
