Being physically fit is very important to your health, your well-being, and your overall state of mind. Tough Girl Fitness is proud to offer you a boot training style program that will help you get in shape and stay there.
The Livermore Tuff Girl Fitness Bootcamp has been in business since October of 2008, and have since helped hundreds of women just like you get in shape. Their founder, Erica Nusom, has been personally involved in physical fitness since the age of 7. She has the passion, expertise, and genuine love for anything that will help you get physically fit.
Their women only program is a big plus for a lot of the members, and one of the reasons why so many women take advantage of the fitness programs that Tuff Girl Fitness offers. If you are a woman and are thinking about joining, you won't have to worry about your appearance in front of men. Erica understands that this is a distraction that takes your focus off of the work at hand.
Whether you are a beginner or have years of experience in fitness programs, there is a program which they can tailor just for you. That is the good thing about the Boot Camp program. It is comprehensive yet flexible enough to meet the needs of everyone regardless of where they are physically. Cardio and calisthenics programs are part of the focus as is flexibility training with body bars, kettle bells, and much much more.
This is a very non-intimidating atmosphere that lets you work at your own pace. Everyone's bodies and needs are different so the Livermore Fitness Boot Camp is not a one size fits all program. That is not to say that the programs director will take it easy on you! You will be coming into this giving Tuff Girl Fitness your physical information and your goals. They will know what you are capable of, and how long it should take you to reach those goals.
Whether your strong points have to deal with cardiovascular activities, muscle training, or becoming more flexible, the Tuff Girl Boot Camp will have a regimen just for you. This is a full service operation where all you have to bring are 3, 10 pound weights and a workout mat. They will provide all the other equipment you will need. In the winter months, or any other time when there is inclement weather, they will provide an indoor facility. When the weather permits, which is most of the time, the program rotates to different parks in the area.
Their website, http://tuffgirl.com/BootCamp.aspx , will give you all the information you need to know as well as testimonials from women who have been a successful part of this program. If you have any questions or would like more information about the Tuff Girl Boot Camp, send Erica an e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org and she will be happy to return your inquiry.
