One point of contact at the Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong airports
Mumbai, May 14, 2012: Thomas Cook (India) Ltd, India’s largest integrated travel and travel related financial services company, has introduced Thomas Cook Representatives (Man On Spot), who will be based in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong to assist our FIT (Free Independent Traveller) clients on their holiday this Summer. In our pursuit of 100% consumer satisfaction, this initiative is to ensure that our customers travel smooth and enjoy a stress-free holiday.
Having commenced on May 3, 2012, the Thomas Cook Man On Spot will meet and greet Thomas Cook India’s FIT customers at the Bangkok, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong airports on arrival and assist them with any information or help required. The representative will be the point of contact for emergencies and will also help customers book any additional services or tours while on their holiday.
