Los Angeles, CA–On April 28, 2009, Marina Del Rey MS will host Local District 3′s first annual Arts Festival. Located on the west side of LAUSD, Local District 3 unites in celebrating the talents and achievements of all students in the Arts. “All the World is a Stage” reigns the theme of the festival as the entire campus is transforming into a stage, showcasing the visual and performing arts.
