The Pine grove villa in Northern Cyprus is looking to add to its many facilities during November and December in readiness for the 2010 season. This Cyprus villa has over the last 4 years become a very popular summer villa rental in North Cyprus, however to achieve all year round bookings the villa is to install gas central heating plus solar heating for the swimming pool.

The villa proprietor Len Cooper tells, “Cyprus does have a very good all year round climate, but in the winter months the temperature can drop considerably in the evenings, the temperature during the day can be very enjoyable where the evenings can become cold. The villa for the comfort of our winter guests will benefit from gas central heating with radiators being installed in all rooms around the home. The central heating will probably only be used during 3-4 months a year, mainly in the evening as the temperature during the daytime is mainly nice.

During the winter months in Cyprus the swimming pool is really used due to the water temperature being cold, unless you are thick skinned the pool is out of reach. Whilst the villa’s heating is being installed the overflow swimming pool is to be refitted with the latest in solar power heating.

The solar panels are interlocking and join together to form the solar heating plate. The plate will be installed on the sloping roof of the Pine Grove villa.

The swimming pool water is pumped directly through the solar heated panels that are situated on the roof, where the sun is strongest. The solar heating system will perfect in late summer through to the beginning of May making outdoor swimming accessible to all the family.
