DFDS Seaways now allows animal owners to take their beloved pets on holiday with them to Scandinavia and Northern Europe. The PETS scheme covers cats, dogs and ferrets. However, DFDS Seaways also allow the carriage of other family-favourite pets including hamsters, rats, mice, guinea pigs, tortoises and rabbits. Full details at http://www.dfds.co.uk/pets
Customers and their Pets
Customers wanting to take their pets abroad has become increasingly popular, so the whole family including the cat or dog can enjoy a well-earned holiday. Those customers taking their pet on holiday must be travelling with a car. DFDS Seaways work with a number of holiday partners including Novasol and Center Parcs Europe that allow pets to stay in accommodation.
DFDS Seaways Harwich to Denmark
The recent addition of pet travel on the DFDS Seaways Harwich to Denmark route, allows customers to take both their car and pet to Esbjerg in Denmark and then travel onwards to many destinations in Scandinavia and Northern Europe, including Germany and Sweden.
Pets can travel with their owner from £19 one way and £38 return.
