Olympus Imaging Corporation, the world leader in opto-digital technology, launched its prized flagship, the new generation mirrorless system camera OM-D E-M5, taking the forty-year legacy of the OM series to the next level. The E-M5 features various world’s first & leading technologies, such as world’s fastest auto-focus*, 5-axis image stabilization system**, electronic viewfinder with creative control and Dust & Splash-proof design.
Alongside, Olympus Imaging India also unveiled a wide range of compact cameras with the latest technology. The new line-up includes ‘iHS’, a cutting-edge technology which combines the powerful TruePic image processor (used for D-SLR) with a backlit CMOS sensor to realize intelligent, high-speed and high-sensitivity performance (this is what ‘iHS’ stands for) along with ‘Super Resolution Zoom’ doubling optical zoom magnification.
