GOSS Interactive congratulates New Forest District Council for receiving 3 stars in the Socitm Better Connected 2012 report. Socitm, the Society of IT Managers in the public sector, publish the annual Better Connected 2012 report into the usability and performance of 433 local authority websites.
New Forest District Council, who have recently redesigned their GOSS iCM (intelligent Content Management) powered website, were praised by the reviewers for their attractive site presentation and navigation: “I really like the presentation of the landing pages, they’re very attractive and are good at signposting me in the right direction.”

The reviews also praised the ability for residents to access local leisure services: “There’s lots of really useful information about swimming pools and lessons, I can even fill out an online form to arrange a free assessment of my swimming ability.”
