Miller Homes will this weekend run a special one-off promotion which will see thousands of pounds slashed off the price of new homes across the East of Scotland. The housebuilder believes that new homes have never been more affordable and that now is the ideal time to buy.

And the company has underlined that by coming up with an offer which “could change your life” – the chance to save up to £27,000 on a new home!

Miller Homes have a package of discounts which will significantly cut the already competitive price of some of their properties during their MiPrice weekend, 18th and 19th February.

Anne Marie Britton, Miller Homes’ Sales Director for Scotland East, said:

“We understand that people may be put off from buying a new home by negative media coverage about the state of housing market and by the mistaken belief that they either cannot afford to move or get on the housing ladder.

“Yet we know that there has never been a better time to buy a new home – and our MiPrice weekend reinforces that fact.

“Househunters often tell us how surprised they are at how much they get for their money when they buy from Miller Homes.

“We’ve always gone that extra mile to help people secure their dream home, and our MiPrice weekend is clear evidence of that.

“If you are on the look-out for a fantastic, contemporary new home, our MiPrice weekend really is a special promotion that could change your life.”

The promotion will run on selected plots, on a “first come, first served” basis, in a number of Miller Homes developments in the East of Scotland on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19thFebruary.
