Apostle Trevor Greene and Bishop Satin L. Greene of The Holy Church of Twelve Tribes Apostolic Kingdom (TTAK) were in attendance at the 2nd Annual Clergy Congress, hosted by Bishop Paul Price and the Interanational Communion of the Holy Christian Orthodox Church (ICHCOC). Held from March 23-24, at Rhema Christian Worship Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, the Congress was called to review and examine ancient Christian doctrine. Guest Clergy representing the Eastern Orthodox Church and various Pentecostal Churches were present at the meetings. His Beatitude & Eminence Trevor Greene, the TTAK Senior Apostle had this to say: “It was a joy and a pleasure to be apart of this great event. Though our various Churches are divided for various reasons, this weekend we all sat and celebarted the guidence of the All-Holy Ghost through the Lord’s Church as one. Events such as this are key to ecumenism within the body of Christ. The more we recognize that it is our responsibility to repair the breaches, and promote unity, the sooner unity will be an achievement and not just be an idea.”
Guest speakers included Her Grace Bishop Mary Adams, His Grace Bishop Reginald Sellers, the Rev. Joshua Gregory Cole, His Eminence Archbishop Manuel Demetri, with His Holiness Archbishop Timothy Paul Baymon, the Patriarch of the ICHCOC closing out the event.
The leaders of the Church of TTAK have high hopes for this effort for education. Bishop Satin Greene, TTAK’s Metropolitan of the USA expressed her desires to continue to be apart of the Clergy Congress. “I loved the unity and the humility that was shown and taught. You don’t hear many preachers speak on such a level of humility. I’m sure that next year will be greater than this year’s event”.
