The free MSPmentor 100 report is based on data from MSPmentor’s global online survey, conducted October through December 2009. Companies are ranked on a range of metrics, such as total managed services revenue, annual growth, devices managed, and per-employee financial metrics.
Among the report highlights:
- Total recurring revenue for the MSPmentor 100 member companies was $702 million in 2009, up 31% from $536 million in 2008.
- MSPmentor 100 survey participants increasingly promote SaaS (software as a service) and cloud options to their customers, including hosted/SaaS email (67.7%,); hosted/SaaS SharePoint (36%,) and hosted/SaaS CRM (18.9%)
