Encino, CA, February 18, 2010 – Hitech Systems Inc. proudly announces that it has entered into an agreement with the City of Albany Police Department to provide a regional SafetyNet CAD/RMS system that enables the seamless sharing of information among multiple agencies in a manner that facilitates sophisticated law enforcement practices and unifies technological systems.
