Former State Attorney Mission calls for a Constitutional Convention
(Tampa, FL) – Former State Attorney and Author of “Convention” which delves into greater detail on this issue of the Constitutionality of key legislation. Paul Antinori, has started a new movement that, if successful, will help save America and reshape it back to its original glory the way our Founding Fathers intended.
This movement will require American’s everywhere to get involved. The movement is a proposal to amend the US Constitution in a Constitutional Convention.
To invoke a Constitutional Convention, 33 states must approve the movement. To get the state to discuss the movement, a petition must be presented in front of the state legislation. Antinori has created an online petition on his website Amendusconstitution.com
There he will collect and present the signatures to each state’s legislature, to have them call for the Constitutional Convention.
At the convention these key clauses need to be looked at and modified, those clauses are: The Commerce Clause, The General Welfare Clause, Necessary and Proper Clause, and the Supremacy Clause.
These clauses have allowed the Federal Government to balloon its power out of control. It’s the reason government spending is at record highs, jeopardizing the health of America’s economy. It’s also allowing unconstitutional policies like “Obamacare” to be put into law.
This movement is urgent if we ever wish to restore the power back to the levels given by our Founding Fathers to our Federal Government, and protect the rights and liberties we share as Americans.
The purpose of this website is to spread the word about this movement, and educate the people of the reasons we need to have this convention, and how America’s future depends on it.
