Richmond, Virginia May 20, 2010- Elephant Insurance Services, LLC (Elephant), a leading provider of cheap auto insurance in Virginia, received the top award – Employer of Choice – in the All Star Awards sponsored by the Society of Human Resource Management Association’s Richmond chapter, the Greater Richmond Chamber and the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
