Educated, Experienced, Fabulous and Unemployed

Atlanta, GA – DGS Consulting LLC a woman-owned business launched a new product: a 60-minute audio CD which includes a 42-page PDF textbook consisting of job strategies, tips, techniques, a list of 60 tough job and answers, 75 job related websites and the best companies to work based on gender and ethnic diversity. The CDs and textbook were developed and priced affordably to give laid-off workers a much needed understanding of how they must quantify and sell their particular talent and skills. President and Founder, Dickie Sykes said: “You have to get a handle on your and anxiety because those behaviors will definitely hinder your successful job search. You may be unemployed but you are employable; however, you need a plan of action.”

Dickie Sykes, the Principle of DGS Consulting LLC, has twenty years of business experience; fourteen of those years with an international construction management firm headquartered in New York City, where she headed the Diversity and Community Affairs department. Under her leadership, the company awarded over 900 million dollars to minority, women-owned and small businesses. Dickie was also involved in numerous community empowerment projects. Her company’s mission resulted from a Dr. King quote: “Everyone can’t be famous but everyone can be great because greatness comes from service.” The company is known for helping people talk their way to the top with integrity, passion and authenticity.
