ALBUQUERUQE, NM – Contract management expert John Turney, Senior Partner of Turney Deimbacher, will conduct a one day workshop on “Contract Risk Management” in Lexington, Kentucky on February 24 at the Hilton Suites Lexington Green.

The workshop will focus on mitigating, reducing, and eliminating risk through better proposal writing, understanding terms and conditions, and improved contract management. Risk analysis is a critical process to help minimize or prevent non-compliance allegations, lost profits, and costly performance delays.

The material covered will offer practical solutions to company owners, procurement managers, project engineers and managers, and contract administrators. The daylong program is designed for small to mid size engineering and manufacturing companies.
