New York City Metro: Harriet Shugarman, Founder and Executive Director of ClimateMama.com and Sabrina Cowden, Program Director of The Climate Project (TCP), will be featured on Lifetime TV’s popular morning show, The Balancing Act on Thursday, February 17th 7-8am (ET/PT). In 2007, Shugarman was trained to deliver an updated version of the slide show featured in An Inconvenient Truth, a presentation that has now been viewed by an audience of 7.3 million people. Its purpose is to educate the public about the harmful effects of global warming and create positive change through this knowledge.
