GOSS Interactive congratulates Chichester District Council for receiving 3 stars in the Socitm Better Connected 2012 report. Socitm, the Society of IT Managers in the public sector, publish the annual Better Connected 2012 report into the usability and performance of 433 local authority websites.
Chichester District Council use their GOSS iCM (intelligent Content Management) powered website to provide a strongly content-based approach to enhanced customer engagement. The reviewers praised Chichester District Council’s “clear and simple” site navigation: “The site has many good interactions and features for users. It is nicely laid out – an easy site to use.”
