William A. Radvanyi is not a Realtor, nor a professional of any kind related to real estate, taxation (though he survived an audit), legal matters, economics, or financial matters. He was, however, self-employed when he and his family were involved in some serious car accidents which greatly decreased his ability to earn money.

Because of this, and a very small safety net, he was forced to learn ways in which you make money without having to work. In the process, he learned a lot of ways to increase your personal net worth, ensure a monthly cash flow reguardless of your ability to work, and became an advocate for freeing others from the “golden handcuffs” of a steady paycheque.
