PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA, October 27, 2009 — Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ:BBOX) today announced the acquisition of CBS Technologies Corp. (CBS), a privately-held company headquartered in Islandia, NY. CBS has an active customer base which includes commercial, education and various government agency accounts. Annual historical revenues of CBS are approximately $12 million.
