“Berry Nice” Mothering Sunday Lunch at Berrys Farm Shop & Café

4th March 2013, Yorkshire Dales, UK – Berrys Farm Shop & Café are offering a special Mothering Sunday lunch on 10th March 2013 in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Visitors are being urged to book early for lunchtime spots at the environmentally sustainable visitor attraction in Swinithwaite, North Yorkshire.

Families will be able to treat their Mum to a walk to the beautiful Redmire Falls, a tour of the farm animals (including the very friendly Kune Kune pigs) and finish up with a mouthwatering selection of locally sourced food.

Bridget Thornton-Berry, owner of the business said:

“We are pleased to welcome families to the farm to celebrate Mother’s Day. Springtime is all around us in Swinithwaite, with two pet lambs just arrived and a cria (baby llama) on the way.

“It’s the ideal time to come and see the Yorkshire Dales and try out some of the delicious food we produce & sell on-site at the farm.”

The Yorkshire Dales receives over 7 million visitors every year, most of whom come to see the magnificent scenery, upland animals and traditional hospitality, including scones, tea and locally-produced ales.
