Despite the recession, Onesys, a leading supplier of timesheet software / PSA software to the UK service sector, reported an encouraging trend towards the end of 2009, as fast-changing customer demand, falling revenues and the loss of key personnel have exposed weaknesses in manual business management systems as used by many professionals in the UK service sector.

Professional service companies, large and small, have all struggled to make important decisions in order to survive this downturn but those having to rely on partial, outdated and often inaccurate business data have had a painful wake-up call.
