A wonderful world’: Unique benefit art exhibition held in the capital
New Delhi, April 29th: Art lovers, socialites & corporate honchos descended at The Stainless art gallery in the capital city today for the preview & reception of a benefit charity exhibition of contemporary art called ‘A Wonderful World’ for the benefit of New Delhi-based NGO Four Steps.
Presented by Nitanjali Art Gallery , Four Steps & leading brand promotions company Brandsmith, this unique event was partnered by the Bhasin Group, Grand Venezia & The Village Restaurant Complex.
The exhibition was inaugurated by well known actor Shreyas Talpade, Salma Ansari, wife of the Vice President of India, Satinder Bhasin Director Bhasin Group & wife Quincy, Jayanti Dalmia of Four Steps and Anjali Bhalla of Nitanjali.
Over eighty renowned contemporary Indian artists participated in this exhibition, including Vishal K Dar, Seema Kohli, Akbar Padamsee and Satish Gupta. A large part of the proceeds will go towards Four Steps, a school for children with special needs, who gave a spectacular performance during the inauguration ceremony.
Prominent attendees included The Acting Ambassador of Peru Carlos Yrigoyen, Art connoisseur & author Purrshottam Bhaggeria, Brandsmith CEO Rahul Mittra with wife Sarina, Mother Dairy Group Head HR Saugata Mitra, Mandira Lamba & Ridhi Bhalla from Nitanjali art gallery, film producer Vipin Handa, Defence Expo Head Col Tejbir Singh with wife Shivani, amongst others.
