The forward-looking iSCALE Control automation platform, the new generation of standard force transducers (KMD), and standard compression force transducers (DKA) as well as wireless systems will be showcased by Hirschmann Mobile Machine Control Solutions (MCS) and its longtime French partner, ESCAL S.A., at INTERMAT 2012 in Paris.
From April 16 to 21, 2012 more than 1,500 makers of construction machines and component suppliers will present the latest industry trends on total space of 375,000 square meters. Hirschmann MCS and ESCAL also have new products to offer: at Booth G074 in Hall 5A, the innovative iSCALE Control System as well as their line of force sensors will attract visitors. Last year Hirschmann MCS made quite a splash by supplying the fSENS KMD 1350/0001 for the world’s largest-ever lattice-boom crane, with a nominal load of 1350 tonnes, thus generating considerable interest in its portfolio of flexibly customizable force sensors. In addition to these extreme solutions, Hirschmann MCS offers economical standard products for a wide range of load intervals from three to 150 tonnes – which will be on display at INTERMAT! All fSENS KMD products are also available with a wireless interface for communicating with correspondingly equipped consoles and transceivers.
Sixty-seven percent of the exhibitors will be from outside Germany; there will even be country pavilions for those from China, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States. It therefore comes as no surprise that the focuses at INTERMAT will include future-safe technology and future safety standards. And Hirschmann’s expertise is in great demand for assessing these challenges, supplying products that exceed all major safety standards, and developing high-performance control solutions for tomorrow’s applications.
