“Best lettings” Advice Offered to Landlords in Warwickshire
Best Lettings, a dedicated lettings and property management company who cover Coventry and the surrounding areas is hosting an evening for local landlords to learn more about the various aspects of the property lettings business.
The evening will take place at Berkswell and Balsall Common Tennis Club on Wednesday 4th November and will feature talks from experts which will be of particular interest to those who have investment properties. Throughout the evening, which will be beginning as 6.30pm, speakers from a number of companies will talk on various topics such as “The HMRC Registration & Allowable Expenses”, “Landlords & Tenants; Rights and Responsibilities” and “Buy-to-let mortagages; An overview”.
Michael Mooney owner of Best Lettings is pleased that the company will be able to offer the landlords some valuable advice to help them to make the most of their investment properties; “I have been a landlord for many years myself and so have a real understanding of the problems that landlords can encounter when letting their properties. The current economic climate has made it even harder for people with investment properties to manage profitable property portfolios.”
As well as giving informal presentations on useful topics, the speakers who are from local leading mortgage, legal and accountancy companies will be offering informal advice to landlords who attend the event. The evening, which will finish at around 9.30pm will also be a fantastic opportunity for local landlords to network with other property owners whilst relaxing with a glass of wine.
